Launching the product into the marketplace

In the Implementation Phase, Maxon Media will perform a final quality test, launch the marketing initiative and provide the necessary training and initial support, as necessary. Every phase is designed with the flexibility to expand or renovate as the client’s needs and requirments expand or change. Following up with the client, after the product or service has been delivered, is equally as important to insure that all of the intended goals have been completed and further strategic focus can occur for ongoing implementation. Thus the process begins again, founded on the relationships that were forged through the various steps all along the way.
